MetaliCNC delivers custom CNC machined parts — milling, turning, 5-axis and finishing — for engineers and OEMs worldwide. We review every drawing for manufacturability before quoting, so problems surface before tooling rather than after.

With 12 years in custom CNC machining across aerospace, medical, robotics and industrial automation, we plan every order around the right process — from 3-axis milling of aluminium prototypes to 5-axis work on titanium — and confirm what is achievable before you commit to production.

Quality is built into every step: drawings are reviewed against manufacturability before tooling, in-process checks are recorded on every batch, and final inspection verifies dimensional and visual requirements against your drawing. Dimensional reports and material certificates are prepared whenever your project needs them — tell us at quote stage and we will build the documentation into the schedule.

How We Work With You

Every project follows the same straightforward path: you send drawings, we review the drawings and return a quote, then move to prototyping, inspection and production. Dimensional reports and material certificates are prepared whenever your project needs them — just flag it at quote stage and we will build them into the schedule.

How an order runs

Every order follows the same path, and you see the price and the date before you commit to anything.

You send drawings. STEP, IGES or DWG, plus a dimensioned PDF. Mark which dimensions are functional — that is what we quote and inspect against.
Quote within 48 hours in the normal case. You get price and lead time in writing. If a feature cannot be machined as drawn, we flag it and ask you to confirm before tooling — otherwise we machine to your drawing as-is.
Production starts once you approve. Standard lead time is 2–4 weeks. Rush orders are confirmed case by case — tell us your deadline up front.
Inspection, then shipment. Parts are checked against your drawing before they leave. Dimensional reports are available on request.

Materials. aluminium · stainless steel · carbon and alloy steel · titanium · brass and copper · bronze · engineering plastics. Finishing — anodizing, plating, passivation, bead blasting — is handled on the same order: see surface finishes.

Who we work with

Most of our work goes into industrial automation and robotics — fixture and jig bodies, sensor and encoder housings, shaft and bearing assemblies, brackets, machine frames, wear strips and guide components. We also machine parts for aerospace, medical and instrumentation customers who need the same level of dimensional control.

MetaliCNC is based in Shenzhen, China. Parts ship from Guangdong to North America, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia. We work from your drawings — we do not design parts from scratch, but we will tell you what we would change to make yours cheaper to make.

The questions we get asked before a first order.

Where are you based, and do you ship worldwide?

MetaliCNC is based in Shenzhen, China. We ship to North America, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia, and handle export documentation and customs clearance as part of the order.

What do you need from me to give a quote?

A 3D file (STEP or IGES) and a 2D drawing with dimensions and tolerances, plus material, quantity and any surface finish requirement. Mark which dimensions are functional — that tells us what to hold and what to leave alone.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. One piece is fine. Unit price improves with quantity because setup and programming are spread over more parts, but we do not set a minimum.

How long does an order take?

Standard lead time is 2–4 weeks. Rush orders are confirmed case by case — tell us your deadline when you send the drawings and we will say straight away whether we can hit it.

Can you sign an NDA before I send drawings?

Yes. Send us your NDA, or ask for ours, and we will sign before you share any files.

What tolerances do you hold?

ISO 2768-m on dimensions without a tolerance callout. On dimensions you mark as critical we hold ±0.01 mm, and ±0.005 mm where the geometry and material allow. Tighter values are quoted, not assumed.
