Your Trusted Manufacturing Partner in China

Founded in 2014, MetaliCNC has grown into a premier provider of rapid prototyping and on-demand manufacturing services. We bridge the gap between Chinese manufacturing efficiency and international quality standards.

We supply custom metal parts machined to your drawing — milling, turning, 5-axis machining, and finishing. And we don’t just deliver parts — we provide DFM (Design for Manufacturing) feedback to help you save costs and improve functionality.

Why Choose MetaliCNC?

We combine technical expertise, modern equipment, and customer-focused service to deliver results that exceed expectations.

Quality Comes First

Every part goes through rigorous CMM inspection. We provide material certifications and full dimensional reports with every shipment.

Speed & Efficiency

Get quotes within 48 hours. Rapid prototyping in as fast as 3 days. We understand that time is money in product development.

Know How to Save Your Cost

Benefit from China's supply chain advantages without sacrificing quality. Our pricing is typically 30% lower than western counterparts.

Expert Support

Our in-house engineering team delivers tailored Design for Manufacturability (DFM) insights—we don’t just review your part designs, but refine them to balance cost efficiency (cutting unnecessary production steps), uncompromising quality (avoiding machining risks for tight-tolerance features), and faster lead times (streamlining production workflows). From prototype tweaks to mass-production scalability, we turn your CAD files into manufacturable, high-performance parts.

Global Shipping

Global Shipping

We ship precision metal parts to every corner of the world—partnering with top-tier logistics providers (air, sea, ground) to ensure your components arrive:
  • Safely: Custom packaging (anti-scratch, shock-resistant) for delicate precision parts
  • On-time: Real-time shipment tracking + flexible scheduling to align with your production timelines
  • Compliant: Full handling of export documentation, customs clearance, and trade compliance for hassle-free delivery.

METALICNC

CNC Machine Shop

MetaliCNC supplies custom metal parts machined to your drawing — milling, turning, 5-axis and finishing — with tolerances held to ±0.005 mm where the geometry allows.

Every drawing is reviewed for manufacturability before production starts, and every part is inspected against your drawing before it ships.

How to Work With Us

Step 01

Submit Your Design

Upload your CAD files (STEP, IGES, STL, etc.) or send us your technical drawings. Our team will review your design and provide feedback within 48 hours.

Step 02

Get a Quote

We’ll provide you with a detailed quote including material costs, machining time, and finishing options. Our quotes are valid for 30 days.

Step 03

Approve and Pay

Once you confirm to order, you’ll received a PI for payment. After payment arrived, we’ll start production for you ASAP and update you actual L/T within 48H.

Step 04

Production and Delivery

We’ll manufacture your parts with strict quality control and ship them to your location. We provide tracking information for all shipments.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our CNC machining services.

What file formats do you accept for designs?

3D+2D drawings, preferred formats below:

  • STEP (.stp)
  • IGES (.igs)
  • PDF drawings (with GD&T callouts)

It depends on your project. For reference, our normal lead time for most projects is within 2–4 weeks. We recommend you tell us your requirements up front so we can confirm the schedule — every project is planned case by case.

Yes, our engineering team provides design for manufacturability (DFM) feedback to help optimize your designs for CNC machining.

We don’t have a minimum order quantity. We can produce a single prototype or thousands of parts depending on your needs.

At MetaliCNC, every product goes through strict verification—from trial production and inspection testing to customer confirmation—before shipment. Our quality assurance process ensures that all parts meet the agreed specifications before delivery, minimizing the risk of nonconformities. We take pride in our precision and reliability, and every shipment is the result of a joint confirmation between our engineers and customers.

In the rare event that a delivered part does not meet the agreed specifications, we follows a transparent and responsible after-sales process. Customers can submit a claim with inspection data, photos, or videos clearly indicating the nonconforming features. Our quality team will review the case within 48 hours to identify root causes—whether related to design, machining, material, or logistics.

Based on the assessment, we provide appropriate solutions such as rework, remake, partial refund, or credit, in line with the order terms. All cases are fully documented and backed by inspection records to ensure traceability. To help us resolve issues faster, customers should retain original samples and all supporting evidence. Each case also feeds into our continuous improvement system to further enhance product quality and customer satisfaction

General tolerances follow ISO 2768-medium unless your drawing says otherwise. On critical features we routinely hold ±0.01 mm, and ±0.005 mm is achievable where the geometry and material allow. Tell us which dimensions are functional and which are reference-only — if a tolerance cannot be held reliably, we flag it before quoting rather than after, so you only pay for the precision you actually need.

Most of our work runs in: aluminium (6061-T6, 6063, 6082, 7075-T6, 2024, 5052, 5083); stainless steel (303, 304/304L, 316/316L, 416, 420, 440C, 17-4 PH); carbon and alloy steels (1018, 1045, 4140, 12L14); titanium (Grade 2, Grade 5 / Ti-6Al-4V); brass and bronze (C360, C932, C954, C955, C510, C544); copper (C101, C110); and engineering plastics (POM/Delrin, nylon PA6/PA66, PEEK, PTFE, ABS, PC, PMMA, UHMW-PE).

If your material is not listed, send us the specification — we source most commercially available grades and will confirm availability with the quote.

Yes. We ship worldwide by express courier or air/sea freight, depending on part weight and how urgently you need them. Most of our parts go to North America, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia. Every part is individually protected against impact and corrosion, and each shipment includes a packing list matched to your PO. Tell us your destination and target date, and we will recommend the most practical shipping option.

Your drawings and models are used only to quote and manufacture your own order. They are never shared with third parties, and never used to produce parts for anyone else. If you would like a signed NDA before sending files, just ask — we are happy to sign one first.

The more of this you send, the faster and more accurate your quote will be:

  • 3D model (STEP preferred) and 2D drawing with GD&T callouts
  • Material grade and any certification requirements
  • Quantity — prototype, pilot run, and estimated annual volume
  • Surface finish and any secondary operations
  • Target delivery date and destination

Not sure about one of these? Send what you have. Our engineers will flag any gaps and suggest alternatives as part of the DFM feedback that comes with every quote.
